Returns & Refunds

Returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a standard return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Opened or used products are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not limit support for an item that arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

Start a return

Use the Contact page before sending anything back. Include the order number, the reason for the request, and product or package photos when the order arrived with a problem. Approved returns receive the correct return instructions and address. Packages sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For a standard return, the customer is responsible for the return label and return shipping cost, and the original shipping charge is not refundable. When the return is caused by an incorrect, damaged, defective, or incomplete shipment, ConeBarn 420 will review the appropriate replacement, return-shipping, or refund solution.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Allow up to 10 days after approval for the refund to appear. A payment provider or bank may require additional processing time outside our control.

Exchanges

Standard exchanges are not currently offered. Contact us about an incorrect, damaged, defective, or incomplete shipment so we can review the appropriate solution.

Order cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. An order can be cancelled before fulfillment begins; after shipment, the return terms above apply.
