This policy explains the shipping terms currently configured at checkout for ConeBarn 420 orders.

Where we ship

Online checkout is currently available for delivery addresses in the United States.

Shipping charges

• One or two boxes of the ConeBarn 420 200-count flagship product: $4.99 U.S. shipping.
• Three or more boxes of that flagship product in the same order: free U.S. shipping.

The shipping amount displayed in the cart and at checkout is the amount charged for the order. Mixed-product orders may be calculated differently according to the items in the cart.

Order handling and delivery

Orders enter fulfillment after successful payment. Orders normally require 1-3 business days for handling, followed by an estimated 3-7 business days in transit. The resulting estimated delivery window is 4-10 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time begin processing the next business day. Holidays, destination conditions, or carrier delays may extend this estimate. Tracking information is provided when it is available from the carrier.

Address changes

Please review the shipping address before payment. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee a change after fulfillment has started.

Damaged, incomplete, or missing orders

Use the Contact page and include the order number plus clear photos of the package and product. We will review the shipment and explain the available replacement or refund route.
